Human Resources Coordinator

Three Farmers Foods is looking for an organized, energetic HR Coordinator to support our growing manufacturing team. Reporting to the HR Manager, you'll play a key role in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, compliance, and HR administration while helping create a positive employee experience.

What You'll Do

- Coordinate recruitment, interviews, reference checks, offers, and onboarding.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and confidential personnel files.
- Respond to employee HR inquiries and support attendance, performance, and accommodation processes.
- Prepare HR correspondence including employment letters and status changes.
- Coordinate employee training, maintain training records, and assist with WCB and return-to-work administration.
- Support employee engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and internal communications.
- Prepare HR reports, maintain HR databases, and assist with audits and compliance activities.

What You'll Bring

- Diploma or Certificate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 46 years of HR or administrative experience, ideally in manufacturing, production, or industrial environments.
- Knowledge of Saskatchewan Employment Standards and HR best practices.
- Experience with HRIS/payroll systems and strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional service to employees and leaders.
