Deliverables

• Coordinate and drive Front End Planning activities, including project scoping, WBS development, estimating, scheduling, and business case support.
• Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, budgets, and forecasts, ensuring alignment across project control and financial systems.
• Monitor and control project performance through weekly updates, variance analysis, reporting, and recommendation of corrective actions.
• Manage change control processes, maintain baseline integrity, and support cost and schedule quality through accurate forecasting, reconciliation, and reporting.

Experience Required

• 5–8 years of experience in project controls, project planning, or project management within complex engineering or infrastructure environments.
• Strong experience in scheduling, cost control, forecasting, variance analysis, and change management processes.
• Experience developing and maintaining integrated project schedules using tools such as Primavera P6.
• Advanced proficiency in tools such as Microsoft Excel, with experience in project control systems considered an asset.
• Experience working with enterprise project control platforms such as EcoSys considered an asset, along with strong analytical and stakeholder coordination skills.
