• Lead the end-to-end delivery of assigned Safe Storage projects/project packages , managing all project phases from identification and initiation through definition, execution, and closeout while ensuring safety, quality, scope, cost, and schedule commitments are achieved.
• Develop and manage project execution documentation including WBS, cost estimates, schedules, risk management plans, Project Management Plans, gate packages, Business Case Submissions, contract performance specifications, change controls, and executive project reporting .
• Coordinate multidisciplinary stakeholders including Engineering/Design, Construction, Operations, suppliers, contractors, and internal departments , supporting constructability reviews, specifications, bid packages, tender evaluations, contract awards, and ongoing contractor performance.
• Monitor and control project execution by managing cost/schedule performance, forecasts, variances, project risks, scope changes, contract issues, and corrective actions , while maintaining OPG Project Management and Contract Management governance.

Experience Required

• 6+ years of Project Management experience delivering complex, multi-contract and multi-stakeholder projects with significant schedule, cost, scope, quality, and execution constraints.
• Demonstrated experience across the complete project lifecycle, including project requirements, planning, estimating, RFP/tender processes, contract bidding and award, execution management, change control, risk management, and project closeout .
• Experience within a generating station or similar heavy industrial environment , with familiarity with industrial equipment, construction activities, operational requirements, and multidisciplinary project execution.
• Strong project controls and commercial knowledge including cost accounting, estimating, forecasting, schedule management, cost/schedule variance analysis, WBS development, risk mitigation, contract management, and project reporting .
• Four-year university degree in an appropriate discipline with additional Project Management/business economics education, or equivalent education, combined with strong leadership, problem-solving, stakeholder coordination, and matrix-team management capabilities.
