Remote RevOps Associate Director

Directive Corporation

Directive Consulting is seeking an Associate Director, Revenue Operations to lead and scale its RevOps practice. This senior client-facing role combines people leadership with deep technical expertise across Salesforce, marketing automation, and HubSpot.

You will guide a team of RevOps Strategists, oversee complex engagements, and stay hands-on in architectures, audits, and implementations to ensure high-quality delivery for SaaS and B2B clients.
