Souscripteur Senior en Crédit Commercial

Rejoignez la Banque Nationale en tant que Souscripteur Senior en Crédit pour le portefeuille commercial. Ce rôle hybride exige des compétences en souscription et en gestion des risques pour des prêts complexes. En intégrant l’équipe des Services bancaires commerciaux, vous serez responsable de la souscription et de l’approbation de crédits dépassant généralement 10 millions de dollars. Vous collaborerez avec les équipes de vente et encadrerez des collègues juniors pour maximiser l’efficacité de la souscription. Votre expertise contribuera directement à la satisfaction des clients et à la gestion proactive des risques. Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborer avec les équipes de vente pour une souscription efficace
• Gérer les risques liés aux prêts commerciaux
• Encadrer et coacher des souscripteurs juniors
• Offrir un soutien aux directeurs de comptes
• Proposer des solutions créatives et complètes Requirements:
• 5 ans d’expérience en souscription de crédit commercial
• Baccalauréat en commerce, finance ou comptabilité
• Expérience dans le segment des entreprises de taille intermédiaire
• Solides compétences organisationnelles et techniques
• Intérêt pour l’apprentissage continu Maximisez votre influence dans un environnement de travail positif à la Banque Nationale.
