Become a Licensed EAP Provider with ComPsych, specializing in delivering in-person counseling services for employee well-being. Support individuals as they tackle various personal and professional challenges in their communities. In this role, you will join our EAP Provider Network, focusing on solution-focused counseling. You will conduct clinical evaluations and provide assistance for issues like anxiety, grief, and work-life balance, while ensuring thorough documentation. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide EAP counseling to employees and eligible family members
• Conduct intake evaluations and develop practical strategies
• Assist clients with managing stress and relationship difficulties
• Maintain professional documentation and comply with standards
• Ensure appropriate case management coordination

Requirements:

• Master’s degree or higher in behavioral health field
• Minimum of 3 years clinical experience required
• Highest-level professional accreditation is mandatory
• Professional liability insurance coverage active, as needed
