We are looking for a Health Concierge, Outbound based in our Vancouver HQ office to join our Outbound Sales team. As a Health Concierge, you are an experienced, consistently high-performing seller who owns the full sales cycle for a larger, higher-value book of warm leads. You will drive strong results through proactive, consultative outreach, manage your pipeline strategically, and forecast accurately. You will also be a go-to resource for teammates, supporting onboarding and helping refine the cadences and approaches that make the team successful. This is a quota-carrying role for a resilient, self-directed seller who thrives on owning results while delivering a patient-first experience.

What You’ll Do 

• Own the full sales cycle for a larger, higher-value book of leads, including premium, multi-scan, and family package opportunities
• Build and manage a strategic outreach plan that prioritizes the highest-potential leads and sequences calls, texts, and emails for maximum conversion
• Consistently exceed targets for bookings, conversion rate, revenue, and average order value
• Re-engage aged and stalled pipeline with tailored approaches that uncover what is holding each prospect back
• Lead consultative conversations and handle complex objections with confidence and empathy, without overpromising clinical outcomes
• Forecast your pipeline and results accurately, and flag risks and opportunities early
• Analyze your funnel data, from contact rate to conversion, and test and refine messaging and cadences to improve results
• Generate additional pipeline through member referrals and follow-up opportunities
• Support onboarding of new team members through shadowing, call reviews, and peer coaching
• Contribute to improvements in cadences, scripts, and processes in partnership with team leadership
• Partner with Marketing, clinic, and member support teams to improve lead quality and the member experience
• Maintain accurate pipeline and activity records in Salesforce
• Stay within approved product and clinical messaging, and escalate medical questions to the appropriate clinical team
• Comply with anti-spam, do-not-call, consent, and patient privacy requirements in all outreach

What You’ll Bring

• 4-6 years of experience in quota-carrying outbound, inside, or full-cycle sales roles, ideally in healthcare, wellness, or premium consumer services
• A sustained track record of exceeding quota in outbound or full-cycle sales, ideally ranking among top performers
• Advanced closing and objection handling skills for premium, high-consideration purchases
• Proven ability to manage a large pipeline strategically and forecast accurately
• Strong analytical skills, with experience using funnel data to test and improve outreach
• Experience coaching, onboarding, or supporting peers
• Resilience, self-direction, and composure in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills across phone, text, and email
• Advanced proficiency with Salesforce and outbound tools such as dialers and SMS platforms
• Strong understanding of privacy, consent, and anti-spam requirements for sales outreach
• Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• Nice to have:
• Experience selling in a medical, healthcare, diagnostics, or wellness field
• Familiarity with health-conscious or medically motivated buyers, and understanding of preventive healthcare and MRI technology

• The base salary for this role is $55,000 with an on-target earnings (OTE) potential of up to $90,000–$110,000
