- Superviser la logistique opérationnelle de l'organisation
- Planifier et organiser la logistique opérationnelle de l'organisation
- Coordonner les activités avec les autres unités de travail ou départements
- Surveiller le mouvement des fournitures et du matériel d'un département à un autre
- Résoudre les problèmes professionnels, fournir des conseils techniques et recommander des mesures visant à améliorer la productivité et la qualité des produits
- Coordonner les activités avec les sections de l'entrepôt et de la production
- S'entretenir avec le contremaître de la production pour établir l'horaire des phases de production au meilleur coût et dans les meilleurs délais possibles
- Estimer le type et la quantité de matériaux et de travailleurs nécessaires à la production, à la construction et à d'autres projets
- Rédiger et mettre à jour un rapport sur l'avancement des travaux ou d'autres rapports
- Coordonner, répartir et revoir le travail
- Connaissance des procédures et des règlements relatifs à la répartition transfrontière
- Connaissance du domaine du camionnage et des règlements en la matière
- Traiter et transmettre des informations et des instructions pour coordonner les activités des conducteurs de véhicules et des équipes à l'aide d'un équipement de répartition
- Répondre aux appels urgents des personnes qui se trouvent dans une situation où leur vie est menacée et qui ont besoin d'aide
