Beanfield's Customer Solutions Engineer Needed

Become part of Beanfield’s team as a Customer Solutions Engineer and play a crucial role in driving customer success through technical support in Toronto. Interact directly with clients, providing vital pre-sales assistance to enhance the sales process. In this role, you will discuss specifications with customers, assist sales teams with technical issues, and present technical solutions to potential clients. Your expertise in telecommunications and strong interpersonal skills will be instrumental in achieving sales objectives. Candidates are expected to be bilingual in French and English and work onsite in Liberty Village at least three days a week. Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed solution designs and work statements
- Interact with technical teams for customer feasibility
- Craft responses to RFI and RFP queries
- Offer training and support to the sales force
- Manage post-sales issues and improve product offerings
- At least 5 years in technology or service provider roles
- Experience in technical customer engagement
- Bilingual in English and French preferred
- Knowledge of Ethernet, fiber, and MPLS
- Familiarity with multi-service enterprise environments
