Job Title: Operations Supervisor (Restoration)

Location: Burlington, Ontario

Shift: 8:00am - 4:00pm Monday - Friday

Salary: $27.00 - $30.00 / hour (based on experience)

We are hiring a Content Supervisor for an emergency response and restoration company in Burlington. In the role you will be responsible for overseeing the handling, documentation, cleaning, packing, storage, and return of clients' personal belongings during the restoration process. This role ensures that all contents are treated with care, accurately tracked, and restored to pre-loss condition whenever possible. This is a permanent opportunity in a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise the packing, inventorying, and transportation of client contents from damaged properties (residential homes, commercial sites, and condos).
• Ensure accurate documentation and labeling of all items for tracking and insurance purposes using Encircle software.
• Oversee sorting, packing, and storage of contents in accordance with company standards.
• Ensure a high level of organization at worksites and in documentation process.
• Coordinate with restoration crews, project managers, and clients throughout the contents process.
• Manage and train contents labourers, ensuring adherence to safety and quality procedures.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure items are properly restored and returned in good condition.
• Oversee the organized return and unpacking of contents once restoration is complete.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in content handling within a restoration environment is an asset.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills, ability to confidentially provide direction and lead a team of labourers.
• Valid G-Class Driver's License and Clean Driver's Abstract required.
• Experience using Encircle software is an asset.
• Excellent attention to detail, especially with inventory tracking and documentation.
• Related IICRC qualifications are an asset
• Ability to handle sensitive or valuable items with professionalism and care through strong customer service skills.
