Key Responsibilities:
• Guide strategic direction and development of the risk team
• Independently evaluate liquidity and capital risk exposure
• Create actionable risk reporting for senior stakeholders
• Oversee treasury stress-tests and model validation processes
• Monitor market risks and adapt policies accordingly
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s in Mathematics/Science; advanced degree preferred
• At least 10 years in senior financial leadership roles
• Strong pedigree in risk analytics management
• Effective communicator and relationship builder
• Advanced understanding of enterprise risk principles
