Reitmans seeks a Digital Merchandiser combining fashion instinct, creativity, and data awareness. You will help customers discover styles through categories, collections, sorting, search, navigation, and recommendations. The work supports brand priorities, promotions, inventory, and online shopping experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curate product presentation, categories, and collections online
- Manage sorting, search results, navigation, and recommendations
- Highlight arrivals, key styles, and seasonal collections
- Analyze customer behaviour, performance, and conversion trends
- Coordinate campaigns with E-commerce, Marketing, and Creative teams
Requirements:
- University degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum two years of relevant experience
- Retail, e-commerce, or merchandising experience considered an asset
- Familiarity with web tools, analytics, Excel, and Shopify
- Bilingual French and English communication skills
