Répit-Ressource in Montreal is looking for a Digital Marketing and CRM Specialist. This full-time, on-site position offers the opportunity to lead digital marketing initiatives and drive CRM effectiveness. In this one-year contract, you will work closely with a versatile marketing team. Your responsibilities include executing and optimizing digital campaigns, increasing CRM usage through HubSpot, and structuring performance reporting tools. This role is crucial for making a lasting impact in the community by improving clients’ day-to-day lives. Key Responsibilities:

Optimize digital marketing campaigns for maximum performance
Enhance CRM functionalities and align team needs with tools
Create reports and analytics to assess marketing effectiveness
Collaborate on various marketing initiatives within the team
Provide data-driven insights for strategy enhancement

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing or analytics
Proficient in Google Ads and Meta Ads
Experience with CRM technology, particularly HubSpot
Knowledge of performance analysis tools like GA4
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
