We are looking for licensed AMEs with solid hands-on experience who are also open to stepping into a Flight Engineerrole when needed. You'll be a key part of our growing operation, supporting a flexible maintenance and flight operations team based in Ontario that works across Quebec and parts of Canada.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Performing line maintenance and supporting AOG's on our Dash 8 (100/200/300) and CRJ 200 aircraft
• Rotating shift work between our maintenance base in Waterloo (YKF) and operations support in Quebec City (YQB) and other outstations
• Acting as a Flight Engineer and flying with the aircraft when required
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues quickly and independently
• Collaborating with a close-knit, professional team that values trust, adaptability, and initiative

What We're Looking For:

• Valid Transport Canada AME License (M2 or E)
• 8+ years of hands-on experience with Dash 8 (100/200/300) and CRJ 200
• A versatile skillset with confidence in both routine maintenance and creative problem-solving
• Must be able to travel and work flexible rotational schedules
• Someone who enjoys autonomy, teamwork, and variety in their workday
• Experience acting as or supporting Flight Engineer duties is an asset

Pay: $50.00-$60.00 per hour
