Become a Sales Consultant with Mattamy Homes, the largest family-owned homebuilder in North America. This full-time role focuses on delivering unmatched customer experiences across various GTA locations. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in guiding potential homebuyers through the sales process. With a proven sales background, you will nurture leads from initial contact to closing, ensuring every interaction reflects Mattamy's commitment to quality and integrity. Flexibility in scheduling, including evenings and weekends, is essential for this role. Key Responsibilities:
- Represent the company to prospective buyers
- Nurture excellent customer experiences with personalized service
- Conduct tours of sales centres and model homes
- Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and budgets
- Maintain organized records and manage documentation in CRM
- 5+ years of sales experience in high-value environments
- Strong consultative selling and relationship management skills
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and detail-oriented
