Shape the future of AI security with RBC as a Staff AI Security Researcher. Drive the assessment of threats and enhance defenses for critical AI/ML systems in the financial sector. In this role, you will monitor emerging AI security threats while executing hands-on testing and analysis. You will also design scalable frameworks for assessing AI security and produce technical reports essential for stakeholder insights. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key in developing practical defense strategies to safeguard AI/ML architectures. Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze emerging AI security threats
- Execute hands-on testing for AI vulnerabilities
- Design assessment frameworks tailored for AI security
- Produce technical reports and threat analyses
- Collaborate on defense strategies with various teams
- 5+ years in security research and vulnerability analysis
- 2+ years in AI/ML security research
- Proficient coding skills in Python, Go, or Java
- Strong understanding of AI/ML systems and architectures
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
