Senior Campaign Analyst, Customer Optimization

Job Responsibility: 33 Dundas Street West Toronto Ontario,M5G 3C2

Develops marketing campaign strategies that strengthen the BMO brand, maximize revenue and optimize the customer experience. Works collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders to translate campaign requirements into executable outputs that support marketing initiatives across the bank- to ensure alignment, quality, and timely delivery though-out campaign process. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, an ability to manage timelines across concurrent initiatives, and clear communication to ensure campaign readiness and flawless delivery.

• Develops solutions and makes recommendations based on an understanding of the business strategy and stakeholder needs.
• Provides advice and guidance to assigned business/group on implementation of solutions.
• Coordinates and executes specific activities for the implementation of strategic initiatives; includes tracking metrics and milestones.
• Builds effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
• Breaks down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide insights and recommendations.
• Designs and produces regular and ad-hoc reports, and dashboards.
• Supports change management of varying scope and type; tasks typically focused on execution and sustainment activities.
• Makes recommendations to improve BMO processes and systems.
• Executes work to deliver timely, accurate, and efficient service.
• Ensures consistency in solutions and across marketing channels, media and platforms.
• Works with business/group in the development and management of campaign budgets.
• Collaborates with internal/external stakeholders to develop monitoring and tracking plans for external advertising initiatives.
• Ensures compliance with internal frameworks, standards, guidelines and governance.
• Focus is primarily on business/group within BMO; may have broader, enterprise-wide focus.
• Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules.
• Works independently on a range of complex tasks, which may include unique situations.
• Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications:

• Typically between 4 - 6 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study.
• Experience in coding in SAS and SQL and working with complex data
• Unica experience an asset.
• Experience in, and advanced knowledge of, the financial services industry.
• Technical proficiency gained through education and/or business experience.

Salary:

$54,500.00 - $101,500.00

Salaries will vary based on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role, and may include a commission structure. Salaries for part-time roles will be pro-rated based on number of hours regularly worked. For commission roles, the salary listed above represents BMO Financial Group's expected target for the first year in this position.
