Responsibilities:
- Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the assigned area
- Assist in setting up and preparing the dining area before meal times
- Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist with dishwashing and general cleaning duties
- Monitor inventory of supplies and report any shortages to the supervisor
- Follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures
- Attend training sessions and meetings as required
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills to interact with passengers and crew members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Physical fitness and stamina to stand and walk for extended periods of time
- Knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu items and wine pairing
- Strong problem-solving skills to resolve any customer complaints or issues
- Understanding of safety procedures and emergency protocols
- Flexibility to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry is preferred
