Responsibilities:

  • Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the assigned area
  • Assist in setting up and preparing the dining area before meal times

  • Assist with dishwashing and general cleaning duties
  • Monitor inventory of supplies and report any shortages to the supervisor
  • Follow safety and sanitation policies and procedures
  • Attend training sessions and meetings as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication skills to interact with passengers and crew members
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • Physical fitness and stamina to stand and walk for extended periods of time
  • Knowledge of food and beverage service, including menu items and wine pairing
  • Strong problem-solving skills to resolve any customer complaints or issues
  • Understanding of safety procedures and emergency protocols
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Previous experience in a similar role or in the hospitality industry is preferred
