As a Janitor Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of janitors who maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of a facility or building. Responsibilities:

- Ensure the availability of cleaning supplies and equipment, and maintain inventory levels to ensure that supplies are always available when needed
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures that ensure all areas are cleaned regularly and efficiently
- Respond to customer requests and complaints in a timely and professional manner, and take appropriate action to address any issues
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in janitorial or custodial services preferred
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and handling methods
- Understanding of safety protocols and ability to train staff on proper procedures
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify areas for improvement in cleaning processes
