Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the daily activities and operations of the child development center

- Ensure compliance with licensing and safety regulations

Requirements:

- Minimum of 3 years of experience working with children in a supervisory role
- Ability to develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff
- Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to child care and development
- Ability to lead and manage a team of child care professionals
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure a safe and healthy environment for children
- CPR and First Aid certification
