We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to support Agile delivery teams in building high-quality digital and business solutions. The Scrum Master will coach teams on Agile principles| facilitate Scrum ceremonies| remove impediments| and partner with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of business value.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies sprint planning| daily stand-ups| reviews| and retrospectives Coach teams on AgileScrum best practices and continuous improvement Remove impediments and manage dependencies to ensure smooth sprint execution Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy| prioritized product backlog Track and report Agile metrics (velocity| burndown| predictability) Foster collaboration across cross-functional teams and stakeholders Support Agile transformation initiatives within the organization
5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments Strong knowledge of Scrum| Kanban| and Agile delivery frameworks Experience working with cross-functional technology and business teams Excellent facilitation| communication| and stakeholder management skills Scrum Master certification (CSM| PSM| or equivalent) preferred
