Registered Nurse (RN) Full Time Permanent - Nights

We are looking for a Registered Nurse (permanent split full time two evening two night shift- join our Casa Mia Care team in Vancouver, B.We are looking also for casual RNS for our nights.

As a Registered Nurse your role will involve the following:

Resident admissions, discharges and transfers

Resident assessments and care planning

Administration of medications, treatments and wound care

Liaises with physicians, families, and other members of the care team

Delegates tasks to unregulated care providers

Charge Nurse responsibilities

Participates in care conferences and medication reviews.

Shifts: we have 2 lines available: permanent night line 4 on 2 off, permanent 2 days 2 evenings (4 on 2 off)

Current CPR/First Aid Certificate

Fluent in English both verbal and written

Previous experience in Long Term Care preferred

Proof of vaccination

About us: Casa Mia Care is a heritage home offers 90 long term care beds, consisting of primarily single occupancy rooms. Casa Mia works in collaboration with the Vancouver Coastal Health Authority to offer funded beds but also has 32 private pay rooms available.
