Call Centre Representative (Full-Time)

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented individual to join our team as a Collections Agent. As a Collections Agent, you will be responsible for contacting customers to collect outstanding debts, negotiate payment arrangements, and maintain accurate records of interactions. Start Date: September 20, 2024 Office Location: 55 Mulcaster Street, Barrie, ON Requirements:
Full-time opportunity, shifts will be a mixture of morning and afternoon
Monday to Friday from 8am-9pm; Saturdays from 8am-4pm
Training completed onsite - minimum 30 days
Hybrid work model after training is complete
No extended time off or vacation within the first 6 months of employment
Experience in a customer service is required
Previous experience in finance or call center environment is an asset.
Proficiency in using loan processing software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to loan verification and processing.
Hourly wages starting at $17.00/ hour with bonus/commission potential based on performance
