Orthodontic Office Manager – Barrie, ON. We are seeking an experienced Orthodontic Office Manager to join a modern, patient-focused practice in Barrie, ON. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and skilled in leading a front-office team to deliver an exceptional patient experience.
Oversee daily administrative operations and support the front desk team.
Manage scheduling, billing, and patient communications.
Minimum 2 years of experience as an Orthodontic Office Manager.
Experience with Ortho2Edge software.
Full-time, permanent position.
