As a Program Manager, you will lead engagement
timelines, logistics, and quality. designers, facilitators, and Program Coordinators to ensure a consistent,
professional, and high‑quality experience for clients and participants
Identify and manage delivery risks, issues, and constraints, implementing mitigation strategies as needed
Serve as the primary point of accountability for program delivery with clients
Support client discussions related to delivery planning, execution, and progress updates
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary delivery teams, including Program Coordinators facilitators and coaches
Provide direction, prioritization, and coaching to Program Coordinators responsible for day‑to‑day operations

Significant experience (typically 3–5+ years) in program management, project management, or consulting delivery roles
Proven experience managing complex, multi‑stakeholder programs
Strong understanding of program and project management methodologies
Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English required; French is an asset)
Proficiency with MS Office Suite and centralized program or project management tools
Ability to manage multiple programs and stakeholders simultaneously
Sound judgment, attention to detail, and focus on quality
