We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Truck Dispatcher to join our team in Terrebonne. You will be the central link between our drivers, customers, and brokers. Your goal is to maximize fleet efficiency, ensure on-time deliveries, and maintain high driver satisfaction while navigating the daily challenges of the transportation industry.

- Permanent position Monday to Friday Day Shift
Fleet Coordination: Plan, schedule, and dispatch drivers for local, regional, and/or long-haul (LTL/FTL) routes.
- Monitoring & Support: Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing accurate ETAs and resolving delivery issues professionally.
- Compliance: Ensure all drivers and equipment comply with DOT, MOT, and Quebec transportation regulations.
Experience: 2+ years of experience in truck dispatching or logistics coordination.
- Language: Fluent in French and English (verbal and written) is mandatory for communicating with Quebec-based drivers and North American brokers.
- Tech Skills: Proficiency with TMS software (e.g., Isaac, TruckMate, or TMW) and Microsoft Office.
- Strong knowledge of Quebec and North American road networks.
- Education: High school diploma; a DEC or AEC in Transport & Logistics is a significant asset.
