Customer Service / Data Entry Representative - Remote

This role is based in Montreal and offers a hybrid work arrangement requiring a minimum of three days per week in the office.
As a Surety Client Representative you would provide administrative assistance to the Surety business unit supporting the delivery of required client services in a timely efficient and professional manner. You are responsible for administration associated with issuing surety bonds maintaining and updating databases ensuring they are accurate and current. Other duties may include but are not limited to research proof reading data entry filing typing scanning photocopying and organizing supplies.

Assist in day-to-day administration operations associated with issuing surety bonds. This includes collection of information and presentation to sureties and clients.
Support in data management and maintenance.
Prepare bond costing for tenders & final bonds (contract/commercial). Provide support in conducting primary and secondary research with client executive on behalf of clients (ie. pulling bond liabilities reports collection of financial information etc).
Collaborate internally to identify and resolve information gaps in key account data.
Adhere to company procedures and data integrity standards.
May handle the mail service/liaise with couriers.
Comply with Marsh Excellence and Professional Standards to ensure quality service to all clients.
Spreadsheets Word documents and database management (NPT).
Proficiency in email word processing and spreadsheet software as well as a working knowledge of presentation software.
Proficiency in both English and French.
Microsoft Office
Emphasis on Excel PowerPoint Word and Internet Explorer Outlook
Ability to navigate a corporate environment.
Professional service industry knowledge or experience an asset.
