Under the direction of the Front of House Management Team, our Hosts create a positive guest experience that begins with a proper greeting. They maintain an efficient and organized restaurant through managing guest flow, maximizing seating capacity and communicating with all employees. Hosts leave a lasting impression with all guests through their professionalism and attention to detail.

Maintain a warm, welcoming, and professional presence, both in person and over the phone, even during peak service periods.

Communicate confidently and effectively with Servers, Bartenders, and Managers to support proper guest flow throughout the restaurant.

Accurately manage reservations both over the phone and in person, demonstrating strong attention to detail.

Uphold the importance of first impressions by ensuring the front entrance, host stand, and surrounding areas are clean, organized, fully stocked, and free from clutter.

Valid Pro Serve certification

Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, restaurant experience considered an asset

Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
