Prairie Employment Program is seeking an Employment Counsellor to join our team. This role supports individuals with multiple barriers to employment as they work toward securing, maintaining, and thriving in the workforce. The counsellor will work collaboratively as part of our service delivery team.
Assess client employability, including barriers, disability related needs, aptitudes, personal circumstances, work history, and occupational goals.
- Some travel required.
Strong computer, software, and reporting skills.
- Effective communication, planning, and organizational skills.
