Warehouse Packers

Package and ship outgoing sales orders with accuracy and efficiency.
Verify correctness of sales order shipments ensuring all items match the order details.
Load trucks and process shipments administratively maintaining proper documentation.
Observe instructions and regulations relating to environmental protection fire safety and risk avoidance when carrying out assigned duties.
Notify supervisor of any deviations or discrepancies in shipments or inventory.
Respect and adhere to inventory control practices maintaining accurate stock levels.
Provide backup support in other areas of the warehouse as needed.
Perform general housekeeping and organization of Warehouse and work areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
Operate and maintain warehouse equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks in accordance with safety guidelines.
Assist in receiving incoming shipments verifying contents against purchase orders and updating inventory records.
Participate in cycle counts and annual inventory audits to ensure accuracy of stock levels.
Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse layout and improve efficiency of shipping processes.
Monitor and report on shipping supplies inventory ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
Assist in training new warehouse team members on shipping procedures and safety protocols.
Other duties as assigned by warehouse management.

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma (OSSGD) or equivalent
• 1 - 3 years experience in shipping/receiving
• Crane and Forklift certified is a strong asset
• Required to able to left 50lb on a regular basis
• Experience working with ERP (SAP) systems and MS Office Suite
• Communicate and work well with others team player collaborative
• Self-motivated punctual versatile and a positive attitude
• Detail oriented excellent organizational communication and problem solving skills
• Capable of working with minimal supervision
