On-Target Earnings (OTE): $85,000–$95,000+ annually (base + uncapped commission + monthly bonuses), with top performers exceeding $120K+

We are currently seeking a motivated and outgoing Territory Sales Representative to join our Chilliwack t eam.
Daytime, weekday schedule focused on local businesses
Uncapped commissions with predictable earning potential
No cold call evenings or retail hours
Structured training and long-term career growth opportunities
Manage and grow an assigned sales territory in the Chilliwakarea
Present CFIB solutions that deliver value, savings, and support while proactively generating leads through cold calling, referrals, walk-ins, and community networking
Build long term relationships with members
Follow a proven sales process with coaching and support
Participate in ongoing training with exposure to leadership development
1–3 years of experience in sales or a customer‑facing role

• Coachable mindset with interest in long term career growth
• Comfortable working in a field‑based role
• Experience with CRM tools and digital platforms is considered an asset
• You will earn total compensation of $85,000–$95,000 annually, including a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, and monthly performance bonuses, with top performers earning $120,000+.
