Inside Sales Support Specialist

This Position reports to:

Inside Sales Manager East and Central regions

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will provide daily support to our field sales representatives and managers, as well as to our external customers, by managing a high volume of emails. You will also collaborate with the Marketing and Customer Service teams, particularly when order-related issues arise.

This role contributes to the Electrification, Installation Products division of ABB Canada and is based in Saint-Hubert .

The work model is hybrid, with 2 days per week at the office .

Your Role: Own the Challenge

Suggest products and competitor equivalents to external sales, distributors, and contractors/users.

Provide Level 1 technical support.

Prepare quotations and assist with pricing according to established pricing guidelines.

Share customer and market information with the Sales and Marketing teams.

Work with Customer Service to resolve order issues.

Support and assist colleagues within the team.

Perform other required tasks as needed.

What it takes to run what runs the world

• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Bilingual in French and English, both spoken and written. English is required to communicate with clients outside of Quebec.
• 2 years of experience in a similar environment.
• Familiarity with low- and medium-voltage electrification products is an asset.
• Experience in a B2B company is an asset.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
• Strong sales and customer orientation.
• Ability to follow established procedures and methodologies while suggesting improvements.
