ASSISTANT CUSTOMER CARE - SUPPORT DES VENTES (H/F)

In this role, you'll be at the heart of our order management process, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer experience. Manage administrative tasks with precision and efficiency, such as:
Booking orders into SAP using our intuitive front-end tool, BuyAutomation.
Updating the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system SalesForce.Using Microsoft SharePoint tool to manage order workload and route booking packages
Respond to Collections inquiries and assist with month-end closing activities.
Drive performance: Stay motivated and deliver results with minimal supervision.
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of relevant work experience; Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in English and French is required for this role.
Ability to communicate and partner with teams across Finance, Legal, and Factory operations.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Familiarity with SAP is preferred.
~ The compensation range for this full-time position, which includes base pay and short-term incentive, is CAD 64,000 - CAD 96,000 for candidates who are B.N. residents. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
