This Warehouse Associate position is situated in the heart of the Milton distribution sector. • As an essential part of our client's manufacturing & logistics workforce, your primary day-to-day responsibilities as a Warehouse Associate will include:
• Receive, inspect, and accurately log incoming materials and customer equipment against accompanying paperwork.
• Put away materials and equipment in their designated warehouse locations in a timely manner.
• Process returned materials and equipment according to internal procedures.
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders for delivery or customer pickup, following all special instructions.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and proper documentation.
• Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently; Use ERP systems or warehouse management tools to record transactions and support operations.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, secure, and compliant with safety and company standards.
• Adhere to all established company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Communicate clearly and positively with coworkers, supervisors, and customers.
• Assist in maintaining a safe, secure, and efficient facility.
• To be considered for this exciting Warehouse Associate position in Milton, candidates must meet the following baseline hiring criteria:
• Prior proven experience working within a warehouse, shipping and receiving, or manufacturing & logistics environment.
• Valid, verifiable forklift operator certification or a strong baseline of practical experience and a willingness to undergo recertification.
• High comfort level utilizing computerized inventory systems, handheld RF scanners, or basic computer interfaces.
• Ability to comfortably lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand or walk for extended periods during the shift.
