Notre firme de recrutement accompagne actuellement un cabinet juridique bien établi et en pleine expansion dans la recherche de deux parajuristes en droit corporatif , un profil junior et un profil senior , afin de soutenir la croissance soutenue de sa pratique corporative.
1 parajuriste senior avec 8 à 10 ans d'expérience ou plus
• 1 parajuriste junior avec 2 à 5 ans d'expérience
Milieu de travail agile, respectueux et hautement collaboratif
Bureaux modernes situés au centre-ville de Montréal
Mode de travail hybride avec présence au bureau trois jours par semaine
Quatre semaines de vacances annuelles et huit journées personnelles
Expérience obligatoire en cabinet juridique
Pour le poste senior, aisance avec les transactions corporatives, fusions et acquisitions
Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais, avec un français fonctionnel requis (minimum 7 sur 10)
Diplôme en techniques juridiques ou formation équivalente
Bonne connaissance de la suite Microsoft Office, MinuteBox étant considéré comme un atout
Effectuer la vérification diligente des livres de minutes et assurer leur conformité

Corporate Law Paralegal

Our recruitment firm is partnering with a well-established and rapidly growing law firm seeking to add two Corporate Law Paralegals to its team, one junior and one senior , to support the continued expansion of its corporate practice.
This opportunity is ideal for professionals looking to grow within a structured, collaborative, and people-focused legal environment.
One senior paralegal with 8-10+ years of experience
• One junior paralegal with 2-5 years of experience
Collaborative, supportive, and agile work environment
Hybrid work arrangement with three in-office days per week
Four weeks of vacation plus eight personal days
Discretionary bonus of up to 5 percent
Prior experience in a law firm is required
For the senior role, strong exposure to corporate transactions, mergers and acquisitions
Excellent command of English with functional French required (minimum 7 out of 10)
Diploma in legal techniques or equivalent education
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, with MinuteBox considered an asset
Prepare corporate documentation related to incorporations, amendments, dissolutions, and reorganizations
Conduct due diligence reviews of corporate minute books and ensure compliance
Draft annual resolutions and maintain corporate records
Work closely with lawyers and clients on corporate matters
For the senior role, provide guidance and mentorship to junior paralegals
