Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient-centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.
The Manitoba Adolescent Treatment Centre embraces the goal of Jordans Principal to ensure that all children and youth have access to the health services they need in a timely manner. This position is dedicated to providing administrative support to a multi-disciplinary team that services First Nations communities.
Two years experience in a health/medical related environment.
Experience maintaining a records management system and hard-copy files.
Switchboard/receptionist experience.
formal training in applied office skills is required along with an understanding of medical terminology.
Word processing and excellent typing and proof-reading skills required(40 wpm).
Proficiency in Microsoft Word Excel PowerPoint Email Databases.
Ability to prioritize and independently complete a variety of administrative duties demonstrating:
