Senior Project Controller, Consulting

As a Senior Project Manager, you will spearhead high-impact commercial data center construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with our clients’ strategic goals, timeline, and budget. This role requires a deep blend of leadership, strategic thinking, and hands-on project management to drive operational success and foster collaboration among stakeholders.
Develop and manage detailed project schedules using scheduling software Primavera P6.
Collaborate with project managers, product managers, subcontractors, and stakeholders to create and manage project workflow.
Analyze project progress and identify any potential delays or issues, recommending solutions to maintain project schedules.
Conduct regular status meetings to monitor project timelines and update stakeholders on progress.
Prepare reports to communicate project scheduling status to management and team members.
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and project specifications in all scheduling processes.
Coordinate with procurement and resource management to ensure timely availability of materials and labor.
Continuously evaluate scheduling processes and implement improvements for efficiency.
Bachelor's degree four-year college or university; or 10+ years related experience and/or training; Strong knowledge of construction processes, project management principles, and scheduling techniques.
Proficient in scheduling software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
This is a full-time position with hours dictated by business needs.
