Warehouse Stocker

Randstad is hiring for a brand-new distribution center in Balzac, Alberta. Dock Stocker (Stand-Up Counterbalance).

Loading and unloading trailers on the dock.

Hourly pay of $20

Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM start. (You have a valid Dock Stocker / Stand-Up Counterbalance certification.

Earn $20.00 per hour, paid weekly via direct deposit.

Stable Monday to Friday shift starting at 7:00 AM—no weekends required!

Safely operate a Dock Stocker (Stand-Up Counterbalance) to efficiently load and unload transport trailers.

Stage and organize freight on the dock floor to ensure rapid outbound processing and accurate inbound receiving.

Verify goods using manual pick list, ensuring all product codes and quantities match shipping manifests.

Conduct daily pre-shift equipment checks (PDI) and report any mechanical issues or safety hazards immediately.

Current Dock Stocker / Stand-Up Counterbalance license is mandatory.

Minimum 1-2 years of recent experience operating a Dock Stocker in a warehouse or cross-dock setting.

Must have a personal vehicle to commute to Balzac/Rocky View, AB (Note: This location is not transit-accessible).

Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and performing physical warehouse duties.
