As a key member of our sales team, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, managing the full order lifecycle from initial inquiry to delivery. This is a challenging, high-energy position that requires a blend of technical knowledge, suggestive selling, and exceptional problem-solving skills to ensure our clients receive the best value and service in the industry.

Customer Engagement: Serve as the first point of contact by answering incoming calls, emails, and mail in a timely and professional manner.

• Sales & Order Management: Accurately process product orders and provide customers with essential information regarding pricing, technical specifications, and delivery schedules.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional products or technical solutions that complement customer orders and enhance their overall experience.
• Rapid Issue Resolution: Research and resolve customer complaints, warranty claims, and return requests, ensuring all documentation is completed and solutions are implemented within 24 hours.
• Proactive Outreach: Conduct weekly scheduled calls to existing accounts to secure orders for upcoming deliveries and inform them of current promotions or featured products.
• Strategic Collaboration: Participate in weekly branch sales meetings and share market insights with the Customer Service and Management teams to drive business growth.
• Safety & Professionalism: Maintain high standards of professionalism with colleagues and suppliers while adhering to all corporate safety requirements and PPE guidelines.

A minimum of 2 years of proven success in a sales and customer service environment.

• Technical Proficiency: Strong computer skills and the ability to work comfortably within a call-center-style setting.
• Experience within industrial parts distribution or the trailer parts sector is considered a significant asset.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to anticipate customer needs while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
