Construction Management Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Construction Coordinator to support a major energy construction project in the Edmonton area. This is a site-based role requiring strong field coordination experience on large, mega oil & gas / petrochemical / industrial projects.

Role Overview The Construction Coordinator will coordinate on-site construction activities, support contractor execution, and ensure work is delivered safely, in compliance with regulations, and aligned with schedule and budget objectives.

Coordinate daily on-site construction activities across multiple work fronts
Liaise with contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors
Support construction sequencing and scheduling in alignment with the project plan
Monitor progress, identify risks or constraints, and support mitigation actions
Ensure compliance with applicable building codes, regulatory requirements, and site standards
Track construction costs and support budget and change management activities
Provide regular construction status updates and reports to project leadership
Promote safe work practices and adherence to site safety requirements
10–20 years of experience in construction coordination or project management

• Experience on major Oil & Gas, Energy, Industrial, or Petrochemical projects
• Strong contractor coordination and field execution background
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Must be local to the Edmonton / Fort Saskatchewan / Sherwood Park area
