En tant que Equity Trader, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la mise en œuvre et l’optimisation des stratégies de négociation pour des clients institutionnels. Vous interviendrez sur les marchés canadien et américain, en assurant une exécution rigoureuse, efficace et conforme aux meilleures pratiques de marché.
As an Institutional Equity Trader, you will play a key role in executing and optimizing equity trading strategies for institutional clients across Canadian and U.S. markets, ensuring best-in-class execution, efficiency, and compliance.
Effectuer des opérations block trading, algo trading, low-touch et high-touch selon les stratégies et besoins des clients.
Surveiller la performance d’exécution, les coûts de transaction et la conformité aux règles internes.
Participer à l’amélioration continue des outils de négociation et des processus technologiques.
Maîtrise des marchés canadiens et américains et de leurs particularités opérationnelles.
Solides compétences techniques et familiarité avec les environnements électroniques de trading (EMS, DMA, FIX connectivity).
Tech-savvy, orienté performance et amélioration continue.
