Location: 658 Homer Street – inside the brand-new Evolve Strength facility (Downtown Vancouver)

A Day in the Clinic

• Assess and treat outpatients with both performance/lifestyle goals and MSK injuries (e.g. strains, sprains, fractures, weakness, mobility limitations)
• Manage your caseload in an environment that supports your personal and professional growth

Registration (member in good standing) with the College of Health and Care Professionals of BC (Physiotherapy)

• Experience in outpatient or private practice settings (asset, but not required)

• Open-concept treatment space with private rooms available on request — fostering community and collaboration
• 1-on-1 patient care that allows you to deliver quality, focused treatment
• 6-month formal mentorship program tailored to your clinical skills, habits, and confidence — helping you build a sustainable caseload
• Comprehensive in-house education program covering manual therapy, pain science, performance training, and more
• Virtual administrative support (phones, booking, payments)
• Flexible scheduling to support work-life balance

Flexible Language Requirement: French not required

• Experience: Strength & conditioning / personal training (preferred)
• Licence/Certification: Physiotherapist Licence & Liability Insurance (required)
