Funds Processing Administrator

We’re looking for a highly detail-oriented, process-driven professional to join our team as a Funds Processing Administrator. This is a critical back-office role responsible for ensuring investment transactions are executed accurately, efficiently, and in full compliance.
What You’ll Do
You’ll take ownership of the end-to-end transaction process, including:
Processing trades (purchases, redemptions, switches, transfers, rebalances)
Reviewing and validating documentation for accuracy and compliance
Submitting transactions through FundSERV/Dataphile
Managing NIGO (not in good order) items and resolving processing issues
Handling account setup, transfers, and client updates (KYC, banking, etc.)
Tracking workflows and ensuring all transactions are completed on time

Qualifications
Experience in financial services or investment processing
Familiarity with FundSERV and/or Dataphile (preferred)
IFIC license (or willingness to obtain)
Strong Microsoft Office and CRM skills
