The Barber Manager will always positively represent the brand and uphold the highest levels of professionalism and customer service. You will also support the team guidelines and requests from Shop Leadership.
As a Tommy Gun’s Barber Manager, it is important that a positive and approachable demeanour is shown at all times, along with a versatile skill set and ability to achieve shop goals and targets. You will be required to motivate and encourage all barbers to help improve their skills and ensure they always deliver the Tommy Gun’s experience. As Barber Manager, you set the standard for all the Barbers in your team.

Welcome customers and Identifying Preferences based on thorough consultations
Demonstrating High-Quality Technical Skills, including clipper cuts with fades, natural necklines, texturizing, and customization to client needs and hair type
