Legal Advisor - Full time (f/m)

We are seeking an experienced, highly motivated, and pragmatic problem-solver to join us as Corporate Counsel supporting ServiceNow’s Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and Professional Services commercial sales organization. This full-time position offers flexibility to work from our Toronto or Montreal offices, with the option to work remotely.
Review and negotiate Software-as-a-Service license agreements, professional services agreements, purchase orders, statements of work, non-disclosure agreements and other commercial sales-related contracts in compliance with company requirements and policies, including risk tolerance, while working closely with the sales organization and senior executives.
Collaborate with Finance, Sales, the Deal Desk, Product Operations, Customer Support, Security, and other business units at all levels of the organization to ensure agreements adequately protect the company’s interests.
Support the continuous improvement of standard agreement templates and legal processes.
Serve as a trusted business partner by responding to internal client requests in a timely and productive manner.
Advise and train internal clients on company policies, legal issues, and risk tolerance.
Undergraduate degree and law degree from reputable institutions;
Valid license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction;
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a large law firm or in-house, with extensive experience handling commercial contracts for SaaS or software licensing transactions and supporting a sales organization;
Bilingual in English and French, with experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts in both languages;
and European personal data protection laws and regulations;
Exhibit exceptional critical thinking, strong business acumen, and sound judgment, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and shift between responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment;
