Temporary Receptionist/Admin Assistant Needed

Randstad is seeking a professional and organized Temporary Receptionist/Administrative Assistant for a temporary assignment with a client in Victoria located at Uptown. If you are a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills, we want to hear from you. Temporary 2 weeks but could go longer

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Competitive Pay: Earn $21 per hour

• Answering phones, routing calls, and taking accurate messages.
• Performing data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks.
• Providing general support to ensure the office runs smoothly.
• Assisting with administrative projects as needed.

High school diploma or equivalent.

• Strong typing skills.
• Two or more years of experience in an administrative or receptionist role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with accounts payable/receivable and bank deposits is a plus.
