ECE Early Childhood Educator / Childcare

We currently have over 150 childcares across Canada & USA and are constantly expanding; come and grow within the company!
Responsibilities
Maintain documentation reporting and record keeping
Implement an Emergent Curriculum
Support childrens emotional physical or behavioural well being; while helping to develop their social emotional cognitive and physical skills
Maintain attendance and health and safety checks
Work with professionals such as Speech Therapists Occupational Therapists and Early Interventionists as necessary
Support children through transitions in and out of the classrooms
Meet all classroom ratios as outlined in CCEYA
Participate and interact in team meetings and workshops
Specifications
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels with children parents and co-workers.
Ability to utilize computer systems for all documentation reporting and classroom operations
Strong collaborator and team player
Ability to take initiative in and out of the classroom
Strong problem-solving skills
Qualifications
Registered with the College of ECEs and in good standing
Clear Vulnerable Sector Criminal reference check
Valid Standard First Aid and CPR Level C
Immunization records up to dated / two steps TB test.
Ability to push pull and lift up- to 45 pounds
