Machine Operators and Production Workers

Orchestrate Production Lines: Set up, execute, and monitor manufacturing machinery to ensure maximum output and strict adherence to safety protocols.
Champion Product Quality: Troubleshoot basic mechanical jams and execute rapid equipment adjustments to maintain continuous workflow.
Manage Material Flow: Efficiently load raw inputs into machinery and transport finished products to downstream staging zones.
Maintain a clean, hazard-free workstation and rigorously apply plant safety procedures.
Manufacturing Foundation: Background in machine operation, factory production, or general manufacturing preferred.

Shift Flexibility: Full availability to work rotating day and night shift schedules seamlessly.
Reliability & Detail Focus: Punctual, detail-oriented, and unwavering in your commitment to plant safety.
Possess reliable transportation to ensure dependable attendance for both day and night shifts.
Schedule: Full-time (Rotating Day / Night shifts)
Weekly pay via direct deposit
Rotating day/night shifts
Immediate start
Report problems or concerns with quality, processes, equipment to extrusion operator/team lead.

• Identify and support continuous improvement efforts with production team leader/ operators
• Carrying out other associated duties as directed by Management and the Production Team Leader
• Ensure that all materials are handled, sorted and used in accordance with Work Place Hazardous Materials Information Systems (WHIMIS).
• 6 months or more of experience in a manufacturing setting
