Missions principales :
Effectuer des visites régulières chez les partenaires clés (concessionnaires automobiles, distributeurs) dans la région assignée.
Réaliser des présentations pour les équipes de vente et la direction des points de vente, en mettant en avant les avantages du service Gazer.
Recueillir et analyser les commentaires des partenaires sur la performance du service, l'expérience utilisateur et les suggestions d'amélioration.
Surveiller la disponibilité et la qualité du matériel promotionnel (POS) sur les points de vente.
Organiser et coordonner les activités promotionnelles (campagnes marketing, remises, visibilité de la marque).
Établir et maintenir des relations à long terme avec les représentants des détaillants pour renforcer la fidélité à la marque.
Motiver le personnel de vente à promouvoir activement les services Gazer auprès des clients finaux.
Préparer des rapports de visites, analyser les performances marketing et proposer des recommandations pour optimiser la coopération.
Profil recherché :
Minimum 2 ans d'expérience en tant que représentant régional, délégué commercial, marchandiseur, ou gestionnaire de développement des affaires.
Excellentes capacités de communication et de présentation.
Connaissance des technologies actuelles, y compris l'IA, sur le marché de l'électronique.
Capacité à bâtir des relations de partenariat durables.
Esprit analytique et capacité à interpréter les retours terrain.
Expérience dans la gestion du matériel POS et l'organisation d'activités promotionnelles.
Autonomie, orientation résultats et capacité à travailler de manière indépendante.
Disponibilité pour des déplacements fréquents dans la région assignée.
Permis de conduire valide et accès à un véhicule personnel.
