One of Toronto’s most sought after event venues, this event complex exudes historic charm and modern sophistication in its two distinct venues — the revitalized Arcadian Court and the contemporary Arcadian Loft — and offers interactive experiences in its kitchen studio — Arcadian Studio.
The grand Arcadian Court has been restored to its art deco glory, featuring modern new amenities, while a flexible modern space has also been created in Arcadian Loft. Together, these two spaces form a unique venue which will meet the needs of any event or occasion. Arcadian Studio is also available for a variety of interactive chef-led culinary experiences ideal for both social and corporate events.

Our Cooks show inspired quality in all of their work. Their passion for food and cooking is infectious and they have a desire to serve the best every time. Day to day food preparation of the event space according to O&B standards
Follow recipes, portion controls and presentation specification as set by the restaurant
Follow the FIFO method to maximize freshness
Assist in food inventory and control
Clean food prep areas, equipment, utensils and strictly adhere to sanitation, food safety, and hygiene guidelines
1-2 years cooking experience in a fast-paced restaurant or event/ catering environment
- Culinary diploma/degree is an asset.
- Basic understanding of professional cooking and knife handling skills.
- Flexible availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- This is a current vacancy with an estimated start date of January 2026
